Maybe your hand was heavier than usual today when you were pouring oil out in the pan.Maybe you ate an extra snack during the day that you forgot about….Maybe that small bit of peanut butter you had was actually an extra 100 calories more than you realised…….The bottomline is that it will be hard to be consistentwith your weight loss efforts if you’re not tracking your food intake in some way – One day you might be in a calorie deficit, but the next day you might not be because you’ve eaten more than realised: It’s also a good idea if you want a strong accountability mechanism. Some form of calorie and macro tracking / counting is a good idea if you want to remove the guesswork from reaching your health and fitness goals.
